Overview
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Legal
Repeat robotics products are meant to be used in combat robots. They should not be used in other products, especially ones where failure would jeopardize the health and safety of someone.
In no event shall Repeat Robotics or its owner, Peter Garnache be held liable for damages caused to other products, items, property, or persons as the result of using our products.
Repeat Robotics relies on third-party entities like the United States Postal Service to handle the shipment of our products. We can make no guarantees or warranties about delivery dates of our products. Repeat Robotics cannot be held liable for any damages or inconveniences caused by late product delivery, or loss of items during shipment.
Statement
I am making these products available to improve the competitiveness of combat robotics and grow the sport. I am involved in other activities which make it difficult to always ship orders the same day that they are received. I will do my best to send orders out twice a week.
